Noel Kirby is a graduate of Ohio School of Broadcasting. She started her career in Print/Online media sales in the area of Automotive and Employment recruitment. As an Advertising Consultant, she specialized in Radio, Digital and Out of Home marketing. Her passion is in the Outdoor industry! She has years of experience working with clients to help them promote their company and reach new audiences to increase their business. She loves seeing a campaign start from just an idea that leads into a new success story!

Noel grew up in Cleveland and resides locally with her husband, son and twin daughters. In her spare time is a Disc Jockey. She believes in taking risk and not looking back. She has a go getter personality and looks forward to helping you get noticed on our Billboards!
